New User Onboarding

Onboarding is the first impression fans have of the BR app. We redesigned the onboarding experience to reduce friction and drop-off, and to better reflect the personality of the BR brand.

Happening Now

Launched Spring 2022

Happening Now is a new tab in the BR app that highlights the latest news, trending content, and events in sports. The design focuses on new and noteworthy moments, and places the content fans care about front and center.

March Madness Live Redesign

I led a team of UX designers in the full redesign of March Madness Live, available on 18 platforms: web, iOS, Android, streaming devices, and voice. I oversaw the UX workflow from project planning to early ideation, design sprints, agile testing, and development.

Bracket IQ Tools

Launched Spring 2021

Bracket IQ is a hub for advanced insights and in-depth analysis to help you make your picks and track your bracket. As the tournament progresses, fans start doing mental math to calculate their chances of winning their group. We built a tool to help fans see their best possible path to victory based on the remaining matchups.

Bracket Challenge Redesign

The Bracket Challenge Game is a web-based bracket game for the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Basketball Tournament. We redesigned the game to seamlessly integrate the bracket creation experience with the March Madness Live mobile app, so fans can follow their bracket while watching live games.
